How do we globalize? Call for help

Hey all, I need your help. I just figured out in outline what needs to happen in order for globalization to succeed. My understanding is that we need to write a book that lays this out, but I can't do it by myself. I propose instead that we do it together, basically as an open-source project. We'll set up infrastructure in proportion to uptake, but for now check out this Google Doc, which represents my initial brainstorm.
