Controversy
Mug night at Roma's tonight. Christy complained that this blog is too abstract, not enough controversy. Ok, Christy:
- Celibacy
- Marriage
- Birth control
- Sexual liberation
- Pornography
- Abortion on demand
- No-fault divorce
- Homosexuality
- Transgender
- Sadism and masochism
- Gor
- Polyamory
- Zoophilia
- Pedophilia
- Incest
- Necrophilia

This post is a list of abstractions of no inherent controversy, followed by the broadest questions possible.
Controversy can occur when someone writing a blog takes a stance on an issue. Specific is terrific. For example, JK Rowling is Christian. And rich. And hot.
Dude, you're right, I can't do it. I can't bring myself to the sort of oversimplification necessary to provoke blograge. Sorry. :^(
(Also, which am I supposed to disagree with: Christian, rich, or hot?)
Ooh! Ooh! This one is a little controversial, maybe?
I think my original criticism was that you write about nothing practical here. Your blog has some interesting ideas. But, in the end, you don't say anything solid, no sensations are felt, and no one reads.
"Merely having an open mind is nothing. The object of opening the mind, as of opening the mouth, is to shut it again on something solid." -Chesterton
