Aspen is a "simple," "reloading" "wsgictl"

I just had a conversation on #plone, in which I ended up explaining Aspen as a sort of wsgictl: like apachectl or zopectl, but for WSGI-centric websites. Maybe that helps.

I also had someone on the mailing list make these comments:
I'm definitely going to use Aspen, at least for development, since it reloads! That's HUGE to me, you should sell it more!
